Refund/Exchange
Policy
We offer a 30 day Guarantee on almost every
product we offer. Please contact our customer service in advance to obtain an RMA
number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
within 30 days of purchase date.
NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number, or
mailed to the distribution center will be
returned to sender.
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us,
and we assume the cost in shipping back to the
customer. All replacement/repaired products
are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is
requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade
is to be paid by the customer prior to
shipment.

cancel or change any orders already

change delivery dates or addresses for any

Substitution

| Occasionally,
substitutions may be necessary to create your
order due to the availability of certain
product in various parts of the country. Care
is taken to maintain the product style and
color of equal value. Additionally, the
substitution of certain items may be
necessary due to increased demand, especially
during major holidays.
The most important thing to keep in mind
when ordering is that our stock balances
fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand
and stock that we receive from the
manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold
and our stock is constantly being replenished.
If the item is identified as "Out of
Stock", we can special order the item for
you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most
items ship within 2 weeks.

Merchandise

| All shipments are insured up $100.00,
and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly.
If additional insurance is requested, we will add
it to the shipment. If a package appears to be damaged at the time of
delivery, you have the right to refuse it. Should
damage occur during shipment, notify Shipper (UPS,
FedEx, DHL or USPS) immediately then contact us.
Do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the
damaged merchandise, as examination by shipping
inspectors may be necessary. Please take pictures
of item and packaging. If a Parcel Post package
arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify
the damage, then notify us.
